How to get help with LegalDeep AI

Contact support

For product, account, billing, or data questions, contact support@legaldeepai.com. Include the email on your account, a short description of the issue, and any relevant workspace or matter name. Do not send privileged, confidential, or sensitive legal documents by email unless you have confirmed an appropriate support process with us.

Account access

• For sign-in issues, confirm you are using the email address tied to your LegalDeep AI account.
• If you cannot receive authentication emails, check spam filters and any firm-managed email security tools.
• If you believe an account was accessed without authorization, contact support immediately so we can review the issue.

Billing

• Billing questions should include the account email, plan name, invoice date, and the last four digits of the payment method if available.
• Payment details may be handled by third-party payment processors. LegalDeep AI does not need your full card number to investigate a billing issue.
• Refunds, cancellations, and plan changes are handled according to the terms that apply to your subscription or purchase.

Documents and uploads

• LegalDeep AI can help organize and search uploaded legal documents inside a workspace or matter.
• Users are responsible for confirming they have permission to upload, process, and store any document submitted to the service.
• If an upload, indexing, or deletion request fails, include the document name, matter name, and approximate time of the event in your support request.

Citation and answer issues

• LegalDeep AI outputs should be treated as research assistance, not final legal advice.
• Report inaccurate, stale, incomplete, or mismatched citations with the question asked, selected jurisdiction, and source mode used.
• Users must independently verify citations, deadlines, jurisdiction, procedural posture, and source currency before relying on any output.

Data requests

For requests related to account data, document deletion, or privacy questions, email support@legaldeepai.com from the account email when possible. We may need to verify your identity before processing a request.

LegalDeep AI is not a law firm and cannot provide legal representation. If you need legal advice, contact a licensed attorney. If you believe a LegalDeep AI response creates an urgent legal risk, stop using the output and consult qualified counsel.
